We are designated as a Community Association. We do enforce a covenant agreement that conveys with a house. So there are rules on what is permissible and what can happen with Amberley Community Association property.

To vote on community issues and plans, or utilize community piers you need to be a member. Dues are $75 per year, check made out to "Amberley Community Association", send to Tod Esenwein 703 Holly Dr N, Annapolis, MD 21409

In addition there is a common property assessment paid on county tax roles, about $120/yr.

There are a few simple rules to follow if you are building or renovating a house or outbuilding structures. These are explained in the document as well.
